    I’m David Reidy, the owner of Imagely. Together with a group of talented designers, our mission is to create unique and stunning high-quality images for both home and business use. We believe in making beautiful art accessible to everyone, which is why we’re committed to keeping our prices affordable. At Imagely, we aim to bring style, inspiration, and creativity into your space without breaking the bank.
  • What products do we offer?
    At Imagely, we provide a wide selection of high-quality images that you can use in a variety of ways—from decorating your home or office to enhancing business materials like leaflets, social media, and websites. Our versatile images suit any setting, helping you make an impact wherever you need it. Plus, we’re always adding new designs, so there’s constantly something fresh to discover!
  • How does Imagely work?
    Using Imagely is simple! Just browse through our extensive collection until you find the perfect image. With each image priced at just £2.99, you’ll have plenty of options at an amazing price. Once you’ve completed your purchase, the image will be sent instantly to your email, though please allow up to 2 hours in case of any delays. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it right away. Once received, the image is yours to use as you wish
  • How do I order and make a payment?
    Ordering from Imagely is easy! Simply click "Add to Cart" on any images you’d like to purchase. You’ll then have the option to either create an account for a faster checkout experience next time or proceed as a guest. At checkout, you can choose to pay directly through our website or via PayPal, whichever is more convenient for you
  • Once I’ve paid, how do I receive my order?
    Since you’re purchasing digital images, delivery is quick and easy! Once your payment is complete, our system will automatically send the image directly to your email. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you don’t see it right away, and please allow up to 2 hours for delivery—though it typically arrives instantly
  • You’re a UK company; does that mean you only sell to the UK?
    Not at all! Although we’re based in the UK and have a .co.uk domain, we’re thrilled to offer our images to customers worldwide. Anyone with an email address can purchase from us, no matter where they are located. Just provide your details at checkout, and enjoy our digital images from anywhere in the world!
  • What is your return policy?
    Since our products are digital downloads, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds, as it’s not possible to return a digital file once it’s been delivered. However, if you have any issues receiving your purchase, please reach out to us. If needed, we’re happy to resend the image to an alternate email address of your choice to ensure you receive it.
  • Do you offer discounts or memberships?
    Absolutely! We’re currently partnering with various discount platforms, so be sure to explore those for additional savings. We also share discount codes on our social media pages, so keep an eye out for special offers! Plus, we’ve launched a loyalty program where you’ll earn points for every pound you spend. You can redeem these points for money off future purchases, and we even give you 50 points just for signing up! We’re also considering membership options to add even more benefits for our loyal customers. While we always aim to keep our prices low, every discount helps—stay tuned and keep checking in for updates
  • How long do gift cards last?
    Our gift cards are valid for 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to redeem them. You can purchase a gift card for yourself or as a thoughtful gift for someone else to enjoy our wide selection of digital images.
  • Do you only sell images?
    Currently, we specialize in high-quality images that can be used for a variety of purposes, including posters, wall art, website graphics, social media, and advertisements.   • What is FoodPal, and why are you supporting it?
    FoodPal is another initiative created by David Reidy, the founder of Imagely. Driven by a mission to combat hunger, David and a dedicated team have come together to build a platform aimed at helping people in need. Through FoodPal, they strive to make a positive impact by ensuring that more people don’t have to worry about where their next meal will come from. When you purchase an image from us, a percentage of the sale goes directly to supporting FoodPal’s mission to fight hunger and help those in need
  • Can I use the images I purchase for commercial purposes?
    Yes! Every image purchase from us currently includes an Extended License, allowing you to use it for commercial purposes. This means you can confidently use our images in advertisements, social media posts, websites, and much more to support your business or creative projects
  • Can I share my purchased image with others?
    The images you purchase are licensed for your own personal or business use. Digital files cannot be shared with others, as each customer needs their own license and records associated with their purchase. However, you’re welcome to give someone a physical print of the image if you’d like
  • How can I contact customer support?
